Project Scope
Based on analysis undertaken by BNRCC during the inception
phase, planning discussions identified 5 cluster areas
mostly affected by climate change, they include:

| Water resources, wetlands and freshwater ecosystems

| Energy, industry, commerce and financial services |
| Agriculture, forestry and land-based resources
(includes issues of food security, land degradation,
biodiversity, desertification, etc.) |
| Coastal zone and marine ecosystems. |
